Our exact itinerary will be released a month before the retreat is due to start but as a broad outline days with The360 tend to flow as follows.
7am: Tea, Coffee & Snack
7.30am: 75 min Morning Yoga flow with TeriAnn
10.30am: Morning session. This could be a workshop, heading off on an excursion, an opportunity to relax by the pool, workout in the outdoor gym, or opt in for a 1:1 session with one of the founders or the onsite masseuse or other therapists.
1.45/2pm: Optional after lunch hike
2.45pm: Afternoon session. As with the morning session this is variable. We might head off on a longer hike, offer those 1:1 sessions, or head down to the beach. We will always leave some free time before dinner to relax.
7.30pm: Yin yoga with TeriAnn, a group Q&A with Phoebe, or another experience such as a sound bath, or beach BBQ.
